Horizon Homes was founded in March 2006 with a simple belief: Maine homeowners deserved a contractor who would look at their home as a whole system rather than just sell them the next job. We became one of the first whole-home energy contractors in Maine, and that founding principle still drives every decision we make.
We offer both weatherization services and heat pump installation under one roof because that is how you get the best results. Insulating a leaky house wastes money. Installing a heat pump in an un-insulated home means an oversized, underperforming system. We look at the whole picture so you get the right solution in the right order.
